RETURNS
You may return any unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Some exclusions apply. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, Including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. We do not accept items after they have been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects. Original shipping charges will not be added to refund. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of us receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. This return must take place within our normal 30-day return window. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Pricing applies to orders at the time of purchase and cannot be carried over from one order to another.
BAG WARRANTY
Airhouse is proud of the quality and performance of all our products. All bags are double stitched for extreme durability and made with the highest quality fabrics/fill in the sport. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Airhouse is not liable for any items lost in transit. Any shipping claims need to be made with the appropriate shipping company.
60 DAY WARRANTY
Airhouse cornhole bags are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 60 days from the original date of purchase. Workmanship refers to the way the product has been assembled (e.g., stitching, sewn seams, etc.). This warranty does not apply to damage related to normal wear and tear, accident, alteration, improper care, misuse or negligence.
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
- Bags that have been altered with fabric softeners, boiling or other chemically accelerated break in tactics. This can weaken the fabrics, thread and/or seams voiding the warranty.
- Bags that have been used and then sent back as the "wrong item". If you receive the wrong product, do not use it before returning it.
- Bags used under irregular circumstances (e.g., snags or pulls, fabric with puncture holes from sharp edges, bags with burn marks from attempting to singe a fabric thread etc.)
- Bags with normal color variation - during production, it's common for lint to be on the fabric before the color is applied, this may result in a small white spec on the fabric - also, during normal play, a fabric thread may twist resulting in a small white line. This does not effect the bag playability.
